1. This agreement
These terms govern your use of Answer Act and purchases made through it. Answer Act is the service operated under that name; you means the account holder and, where applicable, the business you are authorised to represent. By accepting these terms when creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them together with the applicable plan details, Acceptable use policy and Refunds & cancellations policy. The Privacy policy explains how information is handled. Mandatory legal rights take priority over any conflicting term.
2. Accounts and team members
You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and authority to act for any business you register. Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for the access you give team members, your account settings and activity authorised through your account. Do not share or sell access outside the permissions of your plan. Notify us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission. Closing an account does not cancel amounts already properly due or resolve an outstanding payment dispute.
3. What the service provides
Answer Act lets you configure AI agents to handle supported customer conversations and actions. The features available to you depend on your plan, account settings, connected channels and any required third-party permissions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your business during your authorised access. This does not transfer ownership of our software or allow you to copy, resell or exploit it outside these terms. We may maintain or improve the service, with notice of material changes where required.
4. Your content and agent actions
You are responsible for the business information, instructions, replies and connected actions you enable. You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to use your content and your customers' information. An action taken by a configured tool can affect your business systems or communicate with another person. Review the settings and decide which actions your agent may perform. You remain responsible for your products, prices, customer commitments and fulfilment; Answer Act does not become the seller of your products or a party to your customers' orders.
5. AI and external services
AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to responses generated for others. They are not a substitute for qualified professional advice or human decisions where these are required. You must assess whether replies and actions are suitable for your use. Connected platforms, model providers and payment services have their own terms and may change availability, permissions or limits. We do not guarantee a particular sales result, uninterrupted third-party access or the accuracy of every response. These limits do not remove any service obligations or remedies that the law requires.
6. Plans, usage and payment
Before purchasing, review the plan, price, currency, duration, included credit and applicable limits shown in the checkout. AI activity uses the credit available to your account. Included plan credit and separately purchased credit may follow different renewal or expiry rules, as shown for the relevant offer. Paid services activate only after payment is confirmed by the provider or a manual payment is approved. A transfer screenshot is a request for review, not confirmation of payment. Free plans and promotional benefits are limited to their stated duration and allowance.
7. Renewal and cancellation
Automatic collection applies only when offered by the selected payment method and authorised by you. The payment provider then collects the agreed renewal amount at the stated interval. We grant a paid renewal only after verifying successful payment. Manual transfer methods require a new payment and review rather than an automatic bank-card debit. Use the cancellation option in your account to request cancellation of supported automatic renewal, and check its confirmation status. A request may remain pending while the provider confirms it. Cancellation does not itself refund a previous payment; the Refunds & cancellations policy applies.
8. Ownership and permission to process
You retain your rights in the content you supply. You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the service and fulfil your instructions, subject to the Privacy policy and applicable data-processing terms. This is not a transfer of ownership. Answer Act and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, design, documentation and branding. No right to use a third party's intellectual property is granted beyond the rights that party permits. Rights in AI output remain subject to applicable law and relevant provider terms.
9. Restrictions and ending access
We may restrict an agent, suspend an account or end access for material breach of these terms, unlawful activity, fraud, non-payment or a credible risk to people or the service. We may act without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary or notice is prohibited by law. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and give you an opportunity to address it or request review. Provider enforcement can also affect access. Suspension does not automatically forfeit any refund or other remedy required by law, and does not cancel valid outstanding charges.
10. Responsibility and liability
Each party is responsible for its own obligations under this agreement and applicable law. To the extent the law permits, Answer Act is not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful instructions, content you had no right to use, decisions made without appropriate review of AI output, or failures of external services beyond our reasonable control. You remain responsible for claims arising from your products and your unlawful use of the platform. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.
11. Notices, changes and disputes
Service and billing notices may be sent to your registered email or shown in your account. We may revise these terms and will give notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively alter completed purchases or remove accrued rights. If you disagree, you may stop future use and cancel renewal, subject to existing obligations. Contact us with the relevant account or payment reference to seek a resolution. This does not require you to waive access to a competent court or regulator. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply. Last updated: 24 September 2026.
