1. Check the offer before paying
Your checkout shows the plan or credit purchase, amount, currency and relevant duration. Check these details before authorising payment. Plans and AI credit are prepaid. A paid plan or top-up activates after verified payment or approval of a manual transfer. Free offers have their own stated limits and do not create a cash refund entitlement.
2. Our standard refund policy
Except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, activated subscriptions and purchased credit, including unused credit, are non-refundable. Credit already consumed represents service already used. This commercial policy does not override rights relating to a defective or undelivered service, an incorrect or duplicate charge, an unauthorised payment, or a statutory right to withdraw. Activating an account or starting to use a service does not, by itself, mean that every mandatory withdrawal right has been waived.
3. Cancel future renewal
For a supported automatic subscription, request cancellation from your account and check that it is confirmed. If the request remains pending or the next collection is close, contact us so we can check the provider's status. An already authorised or in-progress payment may need separate review. Cancellation stops future renewal once confirmed; it does not automatically reverse previous payments or usage. Manual payment methods require you to submit a new payment when renewing, so they do not create an automatic card charge.
4. Pending and manual payments
Submitting a transfer receipt does not mean it has been accepted or that a refund has been issued. We check the amount, reference and receipt of funds before activation. If you paid but the account has not updated, contact us with the payment reference before paying again. If a transfer cannot be matched or approved, we will explain the issue and the next step available for that payment method. Do not treat an account-credit adjustment as confirmation that money has returned to your bank or wallet.
5. Ask us to review a charge
Contact us through the details published on this site. Include your account email, payment reference, payment date, amount and a short explanation. Provide evidence of the issue if available, but never send a full card number, password or security code. We may need to confirm your identity and check the transaction with the payment provider. We will communicate the outcome and, if a refund is approved or legally due, the method and expected processing steps. Bank and provider processing times can vary. This request process does not shorten any legal deadline or prevent a complaint to a competent authority.
6. Rights that remain protected
Mandatory consumer and payment rights apply wherever they cannot lawfully be excluded. Any required consent to immediate performance, and any legally valid acknowledgement affecting withdrawal, must be obtained as the applicable law requires; this policy is not a substitute. A restriction for misuse does not automatically remove a legally due refund. If an offer includes a more favourable written refund promise, that promise applies to the relevant purchase.
