1. Use the service lawfully

Use Answer Act only for activities you are authorised to conduct. Your agents, instructions, uploaded content and connected tools must comply with applicable law and the rules of the platforms and providers you use. Do not use the service to mislead customers about your identity, products, prices or authority. You must have the rights and any required permission to process or send the information used by your workflow.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the service for fraud, phishing, unlawful impersonation, illegal sales, harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination or deliberate deception. Content involving child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking or encouragement of unlawful violence is prohibited. Do not distribute malware, obtain credentials by deception or publish another person's private information without a lawful basis. These restrictions apply to generated replies as well as material you provide.

3. Respect your customers and channels

Do not send spam or repeatedly contact someone who has opted out where their choice must be respected. Follow applicable marketing-consent requirements, messaging windows and platform permissions. Do not present an agent as a licensed professional or make binding promises it is not authorised to make. Sensitive, regulated or high-impact decisions require an appropriate lawful process and human involvement where required. You remain responsible for customer complaints about your business and the actions you authorise.

4. Respect service limits and ownership

Do not attempt to access another account, evade plan or demo limits, manipulate billing, interfere with the service or generate costs through abusive traffic. Do not copy or resell the platform beyond permission granted in your agreement. Security research must stay within a scope authorised in advance; a public demo is not permission to test other users' accounts or data. Report a suspected issue privately through our contact channels.

5. Reports, restrictions and review

We may investigate credible reports and restrict affected features or accounts in accordance with the Terms of service. A provider's abuse finding or restriction may also affect your service, but provider detection is not a guarantee that every misuse will be identified. Serious or repeated violations can result in permanent termination. We may preserve relevant records or respond to lawful requests as permitted or required by law. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact us with the account reference and an explanation. Mandatory refund and complaint rights remain unaffected. Last updated: 24 September 2026.
